I found John online to come and install shutter blinds. He responded quickly to my request and set up an in home consultation. He was on time for the meeting and was courteous and knowledgeable about the shutters. He answered all the questions we had and we ordered shutters for our living room. Within 2 weeks he was back and they are now installed. They look amazing and give the whole space a new look. I can highly recommend John!

I highly recommend Shutter Pros.  We were in the process of purchasing a new construction home (lots of naked windows!) and I reached out to several plantation shutter companies to get quotes.  Shutter Pros was competitive on price (slightly higher than some of the bigger companies you've heard of) but what sealed the deal for us was the customer service and install timing.  John has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and the quality of the shutters is fantastic.  We had an issue with a broken window that was awaiting replacement, and John came back out to remove the shutters on that window and then re-install them after the window was replaced and no additional charge.  I also love that this is a small, local business who utilizes another small, local business to manufacture the shutters.  You will not regret your choice of Shutter Pros!

I was able to have the measurements done same day. Very friendly guy, he made recommendations on what's the best product to have installed. They were custom made and installed the following week. Totally satisfied, would recommend.
